Every explainer video is different, but most projects fall into a few clear brackets.
• Very simple explainer videos For straightforward needs, some clients choose a short studio-based session to record a talking head or voiceover explainer. These are typically completed in 2–4 hours, with light editing to create a clean, usable video. Studio sessions start from £250 for 2 hours or £350 for 4 hours.
• More polished explainer videos Explainer videos that combine structured editing, animated text, graphics, music and supplied assets typically fall in the region of £1,500–£3,000, depending on length and complexity. These can be filmed, partly filmed, or created without filming if appropriate.
• Larger explainer projects More involved projects, such as longer videos, bespoke animation or additional filming, are usually £3,000+.

A short discovery call to understand what you need to explain, who it’s for, and where the video will be used.

Plan & Script
We shape the message together. This might include scripting, structuring the narrative, and deciding how the explainer is best delivered, whether that’s voiceover, to-camera, captions, or a mix.

Recording
(If Needed)
If your explainer needs filming, we can record in our studio or on location. That might be a talking head, interviews, or additional footage. If filming isn’t required, we skip this step entirely.

Edit & Build
We bring everything together. This includes editing, animated text, graphics, music, library footage, and any brand assets or footage you provide. If additional filming is needed, we can handle that too.

Review & Delivery
You review the video, we make refinements, and once approved we deliver the final explainer in the formats you need, ready to use.
